Please be aware that due to the limited size of our play area and café, we kindly ask all guests to adhere strictly to their booked session times. We are unable to extend session durations, delay start times, or move bookings to alternative sessions.
To ensure you get the most out of your visit, we strongly recommend allowing extra time for travel and parking, so you can arrive promptly.
All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Booking Terms
Supervision of Children
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during their visit. Our team is here to create a safe and enjoyable environment, but ultimate responsibility for your child’s safety and behavior remains with you.
Health & Safety
For the wellbeing of all our guests, we kindly ask that you do not attend if you or your child are unwell or displaying symptoms of contagious illnesses. We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, but please ensure your child plays safely and respects the space and equipment.
Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe environment, we cannot accept liability for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your visit. Participation in our sessions is at your own risk.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. Please ensure all details are correct at the time of booking.

Rules of Play at Little Babas
We’re delighted to welcome you to Little Babas! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read through our play rules and safety guidelines:
Supervision & Safe Play
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while visiting Little Babas.
• As the supervising adult, we kindly ask you to assess your child’s abilities and ensure they use age-appropriate play equipment safely and responsibly.
• Food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed on any play equipment.
• Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.
While we’ve taken great care to make Little Babas as safe as possible, active play can sometimes result in minor accidents. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility for any injuries or damage to children or clothing while using the play facilities. Parental supervision is essential at all times, as this area is not directly supervised by our staff.
Safety & Clothing Guidelines
• Please ensure children wear suitable clothing — ideally covering arms and legs to minimise the risk of scrapes or bumps.
• For health and hygiene reasons, children who are unwell or have had recent illnesses (vomiting, diarrhoea, etc.) must refrain from visiting Little Babas until at least 48 hours after symptoms have cleared.
Photography & Social Media
• We understand you may wish to take photos or videos of your own children enjoying their time at Little Babas. To respect everyone’s privacy, please only take images of the children in your care.
• If other children appear in your photos or videos, we kindly ask that you seek permission from their parent or guardian before sharing images publicly (e.g., social media).
Incident Reporting & Behaviour
• All accidents, no matter how minor, must be reported to a member of staff and recorded in our accident book.
• Any accidents involving bodily fluids (vomit, urine, faeces) should be reported to staff immediately so we can clean and sanitise the area.
Food & Drink
• Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.
• If you have any dietary requirements or food allergies, please inform a member of staff when ordering from our café.
Play Equipment Rules
• Shoes must be removed before entering the play area, and socks must be worn at all times for hygiene and safety.
Children should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
